Privacy
This explains what Martellus stores, why, and what you can do about it.
What is stored
Server records. For each Discord server, the bot stores the settings you
choose and the records your members create: points, ranks, honors, squad and
company membership, and log entries for operations, sieges, stratagems and
Eternal War matches.
Discord identifiers. Records are tied to Discord user IDs, server IDs and
channel IDs. These are numbers Discord issues publicly, not private details.
Sign-in. When you sign in to this site, Discord tells us your user ID,
username, and which servers you can manage. This is held in a signed cookie in
your browser so you stay signed in. It is not sold or shared.
What is not stored
- No passwords. Sign-in goes through Discord, which never shares your password.
- No message content, beyond what a member deliberately enters into a command.
- No payment details. Donations are handled entirely by the donation provider.
- Nothing is sold to anyone, ever.
How long it is kept
Records are kept while the bot is in your server, so your history survives
restarts. Server administrators can wipe data at any time using the reset
commands in Discord.
Removing your data
Remove the bot from your server, or ask a server administrator to run the reset
command. To request deletion directly, use the contact address on this site.
Cookies
One cookie is used, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising and no
