By adding Martellus to a Discord server, or by signing in to this site, you agree

to these terms.

The service

Martellus is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of availability.

It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. It is a hobby project

run by a small team, not a commercial service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the bot to harass, abuse or harm others.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the bot or this site.
• Use the bot for anything unlawful, or in breach of Discord's Terms of Service

and Community Guidelines.

We may remove the bot from any server, or block access to this site, at our

discretion, particularly where these terms are broken.

Your content

Records the bot stores are entered by you and your members. You are responsible

for what is recorded. Do not put sensitive personal information into the bot.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They support hosting costs. They do

not purchase a product, a service level, or any guarantee of continued operation.

Liability

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent

permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use,

including loss of data.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the

updated terms.
